We loved the convenient self check-in process at this hotel. The key tag was a little tricky to find at first, but once we got it, getting in and out of the place was easy. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was only 3-4 minutes away from the tram station and not far from the city center. This made it very easy for us to explore the city using public transportation. there were supermarkets, restaurants, and bars in the area, very convenient for us.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Although not in close proximity to the train station, the hotel is conveniently located near Zurich's center, making it easily accessible to trams and trains. The room was basic but adequate, with a good private bathroom. the free WiFi provided reliable streaming capabilities.
There was a lack of communication from the host when we requested additional towels.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in an excellent location, close to the old city and with easy access to public transport. The room was basic but had everything I needed, including a private bathroom. The hotel was in a good condition and the staff were helpful, even though they were not present on-site. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, with easy access to the keys and a well-functioning self-check-in system.
My stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find any significant improvements needed.
